MISSION STATEMENT
Zana Community Church is called to worship and glorify the true God, to proclaim the gospel of grace of the crucified and risen Christ and to advance the Kingdom that God is building in our community and to the ends of the earth.
By the grace of God and for his glory, ZCC is a fellowship of kingdom-minded disciples reaching our community, evangelizing the villages around us, and multiplying the gospel ministry to the ends of the earth through expository preaching, teaching, corporate worship, kingdom-focused prayer, small groups, spiritual care, Christian education, and missionary work and mercy ministries.
VISION STATEMENT
We are a fellowship of believers, called together for His glory by the Lord, committed to His inerrant and infallible word and made alive by the Holy Spirit. By His grace, we will begin to build and firmly establish a thriving, vibrant Christian fellowship. We will work towards using our diverse spiritual gifts, under the leadership of our elders, for the building up of the body in love.
- Worship God in Spirit and truth, celebrating His presence in our lives, in such a way that keeps all of us participating in it.
- Keeping the Word of God central, studying and teaching it to God’s family and our community that people may be converted, nurtured, and matured in the faith.
- Reaching out with the gospel of Jesus Christ, testifying through our words and our lives, pursuing the lost, welcoming visitors, showing compassion to those that need it, and participating in sending, giving, praying for missions.
- Discipling and shepherding our growing congregation and raising our spiritual and covenant children in the faith.
- Promoting fellowship together, encouraging ourselves in the faith and praying together, bearing with one another’s burdens and motivating one another toward love and good deeds.

Zana Community Church is a Christ-centered fellowship where God’s Word is central, the Spirit is at work, and disciples are equipped to serve and share the gospel locally and globally.
HISTORY
Zana Community Church was founded by Rev. Dr. Emma Kiwanuka and his wife, serving 27 years in ministry and education. Now led by Rev. Mugume David, the church continues to proclaim Christ and disciple believers.
LEADERSHIP
Zana Community Church is led by a team of devoted pastors and elders who guide, shepherd, and disciple the congregation with Christ-centered vision and care.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Zana Community Church follows the Presbyterian rule of doctrine and adheres to the Book of Church Order (BCO). We are governed by a session and operate under the Central Presbytery.

Zana Community Church’s calendar highlights weekly services, prayers, Bible studies, choir practices, and special events to keep members connected and engaged.
