About Women's Ministry
The Women’s Ministry at Zana Community Church is a vital part of our life together. It is not only for newly married women but for all women who desire to love and walk faithfully with the Lord.
This ministry provides counseling, discipleship, and support for young couples, guidance for those struggling in their faith, and encouragement for women at every stage of life. With love and care, our women come alongside the younger generation, offering spiritual nurture and godly wisdom.
Mothers of the Church
In our Ugandan context, these women are often called the “Mothers of the Church” (literally “Mama” in Luganda). They embody that role by:
Praying for the church and its families.
Mentoring and guiding younger women in faith and life (Titus 2:3-5).
Strengthening homes and marriages with biblical counsel.
Serving as examples of Christlike love and endurance.
Ministry Impact
Through this ministry, women are equipped to live out their faith in the home, the church, and the community—building one another up in Christ and shining as witnesses of His grace.
